以前から気になっていた、中洲あほう鳥さんに行って来ました。
路地裏の中、扉から漏れるオレンジの灯りと笑い声が賑やかでしたね。
以前覗いた時に満員で断念したので、今回も難しいかなと思っていたのですが大丈夫でした。
巷でウイルス関連の様々なニュースが流れる中、飲食店業界はキャンセルが相次ぎ大打撃を受けていると聞きました。
こんな時だからこそ、といった具合で明るく元気に接客されているのは本当に素晴らしいと思います。
メニューはどれを頼んでもハズレが無い感じでした。
個人的に、サラダにまできちんと力を入れている居酒屋は大当たりです。
副菜まで「客の口に入る」ということをしっかりと意識して作られているかどうかがハッキリと現れる部分だと思います。
ウニとイクラがたっぷりとかかった海鮮サラダはウニの甘さとぷりぷりと身が引き締まった鯛が最高に贅沢でした。
唐揚げには華味鳥を使われていて、肉厚ほろっとジューシー。
衣ではなく鶏肉が主体となっており、下味も抜群に美味しいです。
焼き鳥も身が大きくちょうど良い塩加減で鳥の甘さが引き立っていました。
また必ず食べに来ます。
