家族での九州旅行でこの夜は、評判のもつ鍋屋に行ったのですが、相当の期待はずれ・・・入店後30分で退店。
家族でしょぼくれながら、気を取り直してもう一件と！
金曜の夜ということもあり空いている店が少なかったのですがこちらのお店で2時間程度なら平気との回答をいただき訪店。
串はハツ、皮、白レバー、軟骨、塩ホルモン、
味噌ホルモン、ぼんじり、ささみわさびを注文
単品料理は、ささみの昆布〆を頼みました。
すべてが・・・・美味しい。
本当にラッキーでした。こんなお店に出会えるとは。
ぼんじりに、関しては他の店で味わえないかなという仕上がり。
ささみわさびの焼き具合もちょうど良く。
タンに関しては家族で何本食べたやら・・・・
