福岡出張第三夜です。今日まで一人なので、念願の水炊きのお店を探しました。しかし、一人前でオーダーできる店は少なく、近場ではこちらが見つかり予約して行きました中央通りからはずれた川沿いのちょっとさびれた通りですが、派手なちょうちんで外したかと思いましたが、中は静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。1階はカウンターだけで2階は今は団体専用となっているとのことでした。
予約したはずなのに、なぜか現在は団体のみとのことでおひとりさまは姉妹店のはなれへと言われましたが、結局普段は使用していない1階のカウンターでとなりました。ところが予期せず途中で電話が入りもう一人が新幹線で到着し合流。初めからわかっていればテーブルのある二人前からの店に行けばよかったと後悔しましたが、最後はこのお店で大満足でした。
こちらのお店の人気の秘密は福岡の人気料理が何でもそろっているということでした。
お通しは巻きすだれ？で包まれたおしゃれな2品。博多名物ゴマさば。値段は880円とこれだけはちょっと高め。鶏皮、そして華見鶏の水炊き。こちらはなんと一人前1800円と格安。但し二人になったので、二人前のオーダーが必要とのこと。華見鳥は骨付きの塊とつみれの2種類。骨付きは苦労せずに骨からはずれやわらかプリプリでグッド。最後のしめはおじや。
そして何とこちらは料理は、はなれから運んでくるため時間がかかるので、ドリンク一杯か二人ならボトル一本サービスとのこと！！スパークリングもあったので、これもいいですか？と聞くと良いとのことでしたが、さすがに高いので遠慮して黒霧のボトルに。
カウンターだったので、博多美人のスタッフの方からも愛想よく相手していただき、博多の最新情報もインプットできて大満足でした。今度はこのお店の姉妹店の焼肉Jerkyにいこうかなっと！
