まずは生ビールで乾杯
宮崎産自家製白レバーパテバケット付
レバーパテが想像以上に臭みがなくって、でもレバー感はちゃんとあって、アンティパストとしてすっごくあってた！
朝引きササミ昆布締めトロロ醤油
昆布締めササミが（良い意味で）ヌト〜っとしてて、昆布の出汁がスゴク染み入ってた
添えてある韓国海苔と合わせると、韓国海苔の胡麻油と塩味が、昆布締めササミにとっても良い調味料になってて美味しい〜
もう一つの調味料 トロロ醤油に感じる何かしらなデジャブ・・・

ジャコのカリカリ感が見た目以上に良いアクセントで、お代わりしたい一品だった。
今思えば、豆腐も美味しかった。

だって、究極ってあるから
一品ずつ出される料理は量が少ないように見えるけど（つくね以外は２人前）
食べてると、結構お腹いっぱい
正直、もう食べられない、と思ってたけど
究極の親子丼
究極とあるだけ美味しかった
椎茸の出汁がベースになってるんだけど、柔らかい鶏肉に、甘めの味付けは九州人向け
ご飯が進むわ〜
デザートの
ゴマ団子は一口サイズ
餡子の甘味がコースを素敵に〆てくれたわ
いつにない気兼ねない呑みを楽しめたのは
瓢箪から駒
（いつもは、イベント後に開いてる飲み屋を探すのに精一杯）
