博多の友人の案内で新鮮な宮崎地鶏の店が有ると連れてきていただきました
細い路地にあるお店の店内はカウンターとテーブル席がいくつか
昭和の雰囲気が漂うどこか懐かしい店内
地元の人たちに愛される居酒屋という印象
私が好きな鮮度の良い鳥刺しが最高です
もも むね ササミ レバー ズリの刺身5点盛りはどれも新鮮な色味で九州ならではの刺身醤油でいただきました 僕は好きな醤油
他にもポン酢や胡麻油も用意してあり
レバーにはこの胡麻油がマッチします
香り高い胡麻油だ！
またお店のおすすめの特製つくねはかなり大きなサイズ
添えられた卵黄をたっぷりつけて食べると…なんとも幸福な気持ちになれます
つくね以外にも旨い焼き鳥は種類も豊富
養鶏場から直接仕入れているそうです

今回は地鶏目的に伺いましたが海鮮系も豊富でした
他県からいらっしゃる方なんかには九州料理をまとめて1箇所で食べるお店の候補の一つですね
居心地の良さに時間を忘れて夜は更けていくのでありました！この後は中洲だからクラブへ！
