福岡の中洲に行ったときに、
『中洲あほう鳥本店』
で、九州各地の郷土料理を味わえると聞いてやってきました。
中洲川端駅からは、徒歩３～４分という駅そばで利用しやすい場所にありましたよ。
昭和レトロな人形小路という通りにある、ひときわ提灯が明るいキレイなお店。
中は広めでゆったりとした店内だったので落ちつけたし、コロナ対策もちゃんとされているお店だったので安心して食事もできました。
博多に来た時に、必ず食べるのが、もつ鍋！
・博多もつ鍋（しょうゆ）
鮮度の高いモツと契約農家から仕入れているという新鮮な野菜がたっぷり入った鍋は、コクがあるのにさっぱりで、とても美味しかったです。
食べたら身体もぽかぽかになりました（笑）
鍋はしょうゆやみそなどから選べます。
・宮崎牛ホルモン味噌鉄板
宮崎牛となるとホルモンでも脂の乗り方がこうも違うのでしょうか！
ジューシーなタレの風味が印象的で、脂が口の中でじわっととろけて、はまっちゃうお味。
・バリ旨！！トン足（唐揚）
博多と言えば豚足！というぐらい人気のメニューですが、焼きと揚げどちらか選べます。
今回はから揚げを注文。
外はカリっと中はトロ旨で、はまっちゃうお味。
思いのほか脂っぽくなくてペロリといただきました。
・センマイ刺し
人気のセンマイ刺しはさっぱりとして、こりこりした歯ごたえが特徴ですね。
歯ざわりがとても新鮮です。
・ゴマさば
博多の郷土料理として有名なゴマサバ。
甘口のタレを付けていただきます。
地域によって薬味は少し違うようですが、のりとネギとわさびを付けて。
非常に新鮮で、非常に美味しかったです。
・カニみそとキュウリといくらの細巻き
あて巻きというお酒のアテになる細巻きは種類も豊富。
この他にも、クリームチーズと生ハムやチャンジャと沢庵など意外な組み合わせの細巻きがあったので、驚きました～
これが意外とやめられない良いおつまみ。
コラーゲンたっぷりのホルモンと新鮮な九州料理を堪能させていただきました。
デザートを食べるころには、お腹もいっぱい。
中州に行くときには、また利用したいと思います。
