先日天神、中洲川端駅から徒歩2−3分の所にある「あほうどり」さんへ行ってきましたぁ。
ツーリストだと中々美味しいお店に辿り着くのが難しいけど博多在住のお友達にオススメのお店に連れていって貰いラッキー♪
何でも地鶏を扱う美味しいお店なのよぉ～との事
この日は何といっても焼き鳥気分だったので嬉しい～。
店内に入ると高級焼鳥店というよりも親しみやすいちょっとおしゃれなお店
カンター席とテーブル席があって各テーブルにアルコール消毒も置いてありコロナ感染対策もバッチリ～。
人気の地鶏は契約養鶏所から直接仕入れているということで鮮度が良くなければ食べれない鶏刺しもあるとの事
まずはビールで喉を潤します～。
最初はバリ旨豚足から揚げ博多では豚足がよく食べられるらしく比較的色々なお店に置いてあるみたい。
ここでは焼きと揚げの2種類から選べ今回は揚げをチョイス。
ジューシーでコラーゲンたっぷりの豚足はくどくなくビールとの相性抜群でしたたよ。
九州発祥の万能調味料の柚子胡椒がアクセント～。何でも合う(笑)
少し豚足の脂を流したくて(笑)
レモンサワを追加です。果肉ゴロゴロでサッパリ～。
そしてお楽しみな 焼き鳥り盛り合わせ
生でも食べれる鶏肉を炭火でじっくり炙った焼鳥は見た目も美しい～。
さすが養鶏所直送だけあって希少部位など種類がかなり豊富で選ぶの悩む～。
お店の方とちょっと相談しながらチョイスしたのは
・ササミ山葵
噛めば噛むほどうま味が広がるささみは山葵と相性が抜群炭の香りが香ばしく病みつき
・白レバー宮崎産
ムースなどの鶏白レバーは食べた事はあるけど焼き鳥は初めて～。
肉厚のレバーはまるでフォアグラのように重厚でとろけるような食感で感動レベル～。
自然とお酒も進んじゃう(笑)
九州なだけに焼酎も色々置いてありました。
そしてそして最後は大好きな福岡名物の
もつ鍋がやってきました。
宮崎牛のモツを使っているそうでスープは醤油か味噌の2種類から選べます。
スタンダードな醤油をチョイス
モツは程よい歯ごたえもあって臭みはなくプリプリで美味しい～。
ニラやキャベツのお野菜もたっぷり入ってエンドレスに食べられちゃう。
お野菜は地元の無農薬野菜を使っているってお店の方が言ってました。
確かに野菜の味も濃く本場なだけに美味しいモツ鍋！！！
〆はラーメン旨味たっぷりのスープで食べるラーメンはお腹一杯でもスルと食べれちゃう。
スタッフさんはフレンドリーで親切！！！
博多名物の郷土料理も楽しめて地元の方からツーリストまで人気があるのがわかる～。
美味しい焼き鳥とモツ鍋で中州のグルメを堪能したよかよかな夜でした。
