宮崎地鶏を刺身で食べられるお店です。
養鶏所からの直接仕入れにより鮮度の高い状態で提供できるとのこと。
レア肉好きの血が騒ぎます！
■宮崎地鶏の白レバー刺し
見るからにツヤツヤとしてフレッシュな白レバー。
含まれる脂肪の量が多く旨味たっぷり、とろける食感でフォアグラのような濃厚さです。
クセもなくてこれならレバー苦手な人でも食べられそう～
ネギ、ゴマ、のり、玉ねぎなど薬味も豊富で味変しながら楽しめました。
■宮崎地鶏ささみの昆布ジメ
お次はささみのお刺身です！
とにかく肉質が柔らかくむっちりとした食感が特徴的。
昆布とほのかな柑橘系の香りが旨味を引き立てます。
とろろ醤油をつけたり韓国海苔で巻いたりいろいろ工夫されていてどれも美味しい～
さっぱりとポン酢でいただくのが一番気に入りました。
■宮崎地鶏のもも焼き
そして最後はこちらのもも焼き！
写真ではわかりづらいかもしれませんがけっこうなボリュームです。
立ち上る煙が食欲をそそりました！
炭で焼いた鶏もも肉は香ばしく、たっぷりと湛えた肉汁が口中に溢れます～
自家製の酢ダレ、ニンニク醤油、柚子胡椒なども選べて盛り盛りの肉が飽きずに食べられました。
ドリンクは生ビールで乾杯後、芋焼酎に切り替え。
九州料理にはやはり芋焼酎が良く合います！
なかなかここでしか味わえない新鮮な地鶏に好きな焼酎が楽しめて大満足でした。
