久しぶりの博多へ！
ずっと会えなかった友人に会いに行ってきました＾＾
時間があまり無かったのでお店は友人チョイスでお願いしました。
地元っこにまかせるのが一番ですしね！
どうやら今アツイと言われている
中洲の人形小路にあるこちらに連れて行ってもらいました。
九州の料理が数多く食べれる
地元の方々に人気のお店だそうです。
中洲川端駅から徒歩３分ぐらいの場所で駅近なのが嬉しい。
人形小路はレトロな雰囲気がいい感じ♪
ちょうちんが目立っているのですぐにわかると思います。
まずは乾杯～♪
なんとこちらのお店、契約養鶏所から直接仕入れているそう。
新鮮な鶏肉を刺身で食べられるんですって。
というわけで、今回は鶏肉を中心に注文してみました。
とり刺し５種盛り
もちろん全て宮崎県産の地鶏！
盛り付けも楽しい♡
・ササミ刺昆布〆 やわらかな食感でクセがなくあっさりしていてとても美味しい！
・地鶏レバー まさにフォアグラのようなとろける食感が印象的。
・地鶏ももタタキ モモは皮の部分が軽く炙ってあり、独特の食感が癖になりそう。
・地鶏むね刺 すっとかみ切れるほど柔らかく、パサつき感は一切なしでしっとりと。
・地鶏ズリ刺 ズリ刺は砂肝の部分。癖も臭みもなく、コリコリとした弾力が楽しめました。
地鶏もも炭火焼き
こちらも九州名物。
パット見たら黒くてびっくり！
黒くなるぐらい焼くのが特徴だそうです。
強めの炭で豪快に焼き上げていて、中は程よくレア状態。
噛めば噛むほど鶏肉の旨味が感じられ、これはビールにもぴったり！
焼き鳥
鳥レバー、ハツ
さすが生の鶏肉が食べれるお店、焼き鳥の鮮度も抜群です。
ハツはプリっとした歯ごたえが印象的でスッと噛み切れるぐらいの弾力。
レバーは焼き鳥にすると刺しとは違う表情を見せてくれます。
生でも焼いても美味しいとはさすが♡
ここで名物「バリ旨！トン足唐揚げ」
宮崎の名物という事でトン足の唐揚げをいただきました。
トン足は焼きまたは揚げを選べるので、好みに応じて注文できます。
初体験です☆
パリッと揚げられた外側、中はトロトロの食感が素晴らしい♡
美味しかった～＾＾
鶏肉本来の味が存分に楽しめました。
地元っこはこんな新鮮な鶏肉をいつでも食べれるなんて羨ましい。
店員さんもイキイキと働いており、宮崎での夜を楽しく過ごすことができました！
大満足のお店です！
