ふっくらとしてクリーミーな白子に
新鮮な鯛とかんぱちちゃんもついて満足度大◎
その日の入荷状況に合わせて、
ということなので何が出てくるのかわからないけど、
それもまた面白いヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ

九州の地鶏も味わえちゃうの嬉しいヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ
パリパリになるまで焼かれた鶏皮は
甘辛いたれがたっぷり絡んでいて、
これがまたなんとも言えず美味しい♪
なんだか病みつきになる食感と味わいで、
結局3本も食べちゃった(๑´ڡ`๑)笑
・宮崎地鶏もも焼き
炭火焼の香りが食欲をそそるもも焼き♪
シンプルに塩と胡椒で味付けされた鶏ももは
お肉の味がしっかりしているからこそ◎
これぞ地鶏のなせる力！って感じ。
酢たれやにんにく醤油での味変も合うし、
飽きずにぺろり☆

これは間違いなくビールが合う！
って事で最後は旦那さんのビールを奪って焼酎のチェイサーに♡笑
地元の人も行きつけの居酒屋という事で、
カウンターには一人でお酒を楽しむ
常連ぽい方もたくさんいらっしゃいました。
今回は鶏中心いただきましたが、
メニューを見ると博多の人気料理が色々ありました！
この短時間じゃ味わい尽くせなかったけど
気になるメニューもたくさんで、
ここはまた来たいなあ♪
