東京から友人が来たのでご利用させて頂きました。
本当に名物のとろろモツ鍋が絶品です。
モツ鍋のスープは塩ベースで
お酒が進む塩辛さです。
好きな肉の種類が選べます
①ホルモン
②豚肉
③団子
④鶏肉
の4種類から選べます。人数分ホルモンにしました。
モツがプルプルで最高でした。
酢モツも美味しく、餃子もジューシーで良かった。
モツ鍋の価格は福岡では高めです。
