宮崎牛を堪能する
姉の家族に誘われて、宮崎牛の焼肉を食べに行った。
シックな店の造作でなんだか緊張感があるんだけど、店の人は親切なんでラクだ。
前菜に出たサラダ仕立てのローストビーフからしてイイ味してたな～。
ネギ塩タン、希少部位からはイチボなんて、焼く前からウマそうな肉が並ぶ。
ヒレだかサーロインだか厚切りの部位については店の人が焼いて切り分けてくれたりも。
ここんとこ焼肉ってホットプレートの家庭焼きばかりだったから、
久方ぶりに上質な肉を堪能することができた。
昼間に姪っ子の面倒を見た礼、だと思い込んでたんだけど、姉からは割り勘の指示。
ウチの血族ってなんだかな～と改めて感じた。

商談帰りに上司の希望で肉を食べに。焼肉コーナーならすんなり入れるってことで予約。
コースではなくアラカルトで、メニューを見ながら上司任せのオーダーで。
牛タンは２人前、厚みもあるけど歯切れもいい、見事なタン。
希少部位は１人前ずつ頼んで気に入ったものはお代わりで。
単価はチョイ高めではあるけど、脂がのりつつクドさのない、ウマい牛肉を堪能できた。
割り勘じゃなけりゃ上司ももう少し尊敬するんだけどな。
