お盆のランチ。
BMしていた「博多みやちく」さん。
営業してるか電話をしたら、盆休みなくランチ営業しているそう。
10分で到着する旨を伝え、お店にダッシュです。 (笑)
お店は地下鉄/中洲川端駅2番出口すぐにあるビルの2F。
エレベーターを使って2Fへあがると高級感漂う受付兼レジ。
そこで電話予約の旨を伝えると店員さんが席へと案内してくれました。
こちらのお店は鉄板焼きと定食のカテゴリーに分れており、定食は全席個室のよう。
迷路のように入り組んだ通路を通って奥の部屋へ。
訪問時刻は11:30。
すでに人気メニュー、「限定5食のハンバーグ」は売切れとのこと。
「サイコロステーキ 150g （1,600円、込）」でお願いしました。
ほどなくサラダと韓国風牛肉煮込みという小鉢が登場です。
この小鉢のお肉が絶品。 (^^)v
噛む度にホロホロと繊維がほどけ崩れ、まるで上質なお肉の佃煮のよう。
本来であれば酒のつまみとしてゆったりいただきたい。 (笑)
サイコロステーキは鉄板焼きで登場。
割と大粒の肉で、噛む毎に肉の旨味が口のなかに広がります。
柔らかいお肉ですが、噛み応えも十分で肉喰ってる感があります。
これっ、美味いネ。 (^^)v
サラダ、ご飯、豚汁はお代わり無料。
つやつやご飯に生姜の効いたさっぱり豚汁。
ご飯と豚汁、どちらもお代わりです。
ただただ残念でならないのがサイコロステーキの付け合わせのモヤシ。
シャキシャキ感は弱め、しかも青臭い癖を感じて美味しくない。

他のものが素晴らし過ぎる出来ですので、あまりの落差。
残すのも食材に対し失礼ですので完食しましたが、なんだかなぁ～。
最後はアイスティーをいただき、口の中をさっぱりと。
モヤシの出来さえ良かったら☆3.5を軽々と超える評価にしたかったんですが・・。
確認を兼ねて、また訪問かな。
