福岡市中洲にある老舗の和菓子屋「鈴懸」の本店です。休日午後伺いました。
カフェスペースもあるのですが、混んでいて行列ができていました。
テイクアウトの購入のみであれば、並ばずに購入できましたが、すでに多くの商品が売り切れになっていました。
購入したものは以下。
◻︎「苺大福」/335円(税込)
福岡県産の苺あまおうを柔らかな求肥で包んだ苺大福。ひかえめな甘さのこし餡が、瑞々しい酸味の苺とお互いを引き立て合っており、とても美味でした。
◻︎「鈴乃最中」/119円(税込)
◻︎「鈴乃○餅」/119円(税込)
どちらも餡子と生地の相性抜群でした。
福岡のこちらが本店の和菓子屋さんですが、新宿伊勢丹をはじめとし東京にも3店舗展開しているので、ぜひまた行きたいです。
