“泳ぎサバ”を謳い文句にする居酒屋で「極みの胡麻さば」をいただこうと出かけたのですが、席待ちをしていた先客4組を待っている間に完売してしまうと言う悲劇に遭いましたので…
つい先日もちゃんぽんをいただいたばかりではありますが、1986年の創業から中洲川端で愛され続ける老舗『牛もつ鍋 川端』を訪ねることにいたします
創業昭和六十一年と書かれた渋い暖簾を潜って店内へと入りますと、4名掛けのテーブルが2卓置かれていまして…
その2卓には先客がいらっしゃったことに戸惑っていますと、活発そうなスタッフが「こちらへどうぞ」と促してくれたのは7卓26席ほどが置かれる板張りの座敷でありました
通常メニューをいただくこともできるとのことでしたが、お昼に用意された「もつ鍋ちゃんぽん」をお願いいたします
天然羅臼昆布でだしを取ったと言うスープは優しい醤油味に仕上げられたあっさりとしたものでありますし、キャベツをメインとしたお野菜のシャキッとした歯ざわりもあって…
モチっとした歯ごたえにおいしさを感じるちゃんぽん麺との相性もバッチリでありました
何よりもうれしいのは国産牛の小腸を使ったと言うホルモンでありまして…
腸壁の弾力ある歯ごたえと、ぷりっぷりな脂身の甘みには満悦でありました
今回は（並）をいただきましたが、麺だけでなく、お豆腐以外の具材であるお野菜やホルモンまでもが1.5倍になると言う（大）の用意もありましたので、次回はそれをお願いしようと思います
