I made a reservation in advance for 7:00 (^-^) I booked the Dontaku course with all-you-can-drink for 3,500 yen per person on Hot Pepper Gourmet, which is a great value course! ~ Course contents ~ Includes 2 hours of all-you-can-drink ■ Umami salted cabbage ■ Fresh! Chicken fillet sashimi ■ Specialty Hakata bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling ■ Hakata vinegared offal ■ Ichiyutei minced meat cutlet ■ Fried rice The umami salted cabbage is quite salty! It's quite salty, so I think it goes well with alcohol It was my first time eating chicken fillet sashimi, but it was refreshing and easy to eat with no peculiar taste. Instead of dipping it in soy sauce or something, I dipped it in a sauce made from plum pulp, which was delicious! The famous Hakata bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling are brought to us on a hot plate and are grilled on both sides before we eat them (*^^*) The garlic and chives are very strong, and as they are a specialty, they were absolutely delicious! They are grilled on both sides so they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!
