串カツ食べたので普通のひつまぶし２，８５０円＋肝吸いへ変更１００円を注文。茶碗４杯分あります♪
普通に食べて、次に薬味のネギとワサビを入れて食べ、３杯目にお茶漬け。ダシが透明過ぎて写真お茶漬けに見えんw
鰻がカリカリに焼けて、タレも好みの味。接客も丁寧。
串味噌カツ２本で５００円。ちょうどいい量と味（*^_^*）
味噌カツ丼８５０円。カツがメンチカツ並に小さかった。ご飯が余ります(*_*;
リバレイン地下駐車場１時間無料券ありということなし♪

以前は吉塚うなぎが混雑している時やひつまぶしや味噌カツが食べたい時に来店していましたが、雑な吉塚うなぎより接客がしっかりした備長をお勧めします(^-^ゞ
その差に驚きます(笑)
鰻高騰の話もありますが備長中洲店のひつまぶしは３１５０円と良心的です❗この差だけでもお勧めする理由になります(^-^ゞ
備長炭でしっかりと焼かれている為、備長の鰻はカリカリな焼き加減で下処理もしっかりとしており、小骨は全く感じない(*^^*)
タレは濃くなく甘辛さもちょうどいい❗
そのままは勿論美味い(*´ー｀*)
ダシを掛けるとタレの濃さ加減は悪くないことに気付く(*´∀｀)
ひつまぶしはご飯も茶碗３～４杯分程あるので十分満たされますよ❗(*´ー｀*)
気配りも最高でこちらが恐縮する位❗こちらの備長の日本人のおもてなしを他所の店も見習って欲しいものです(笑)
