平日13時頃訪問です。外からは、焼いている所がガラス越しに見れますが、店内は見えず。入ってみると落ち着いた内装の和食屋さんという感じでした。お一人様やグループなど様々ですが、皆さんお仕事されている人のようです。メニューを見て、まぶし丼ランチを注文しました。その際に、無料で赤だしに変更し、お茶漬け出汁の有料オプションも聞かれ、お願いしました。暖かいお茶を飲み10分もしないうちに料理到着です。
吉野家よりも大きな鰻でテンション上がります。はやる気持ちを抑え、山椒をうなぎにさっと降り、サラダを食べます。シャキシャキで普通のサラダです。小鉢にはじゃがいもです。これも気持ちを落ち着かせるには丁度良い量と、程よい醤油味です。赤だしも普通に美味しい味でした。
鰻ですが、細かく包丁入れてありますので、まずは小さな一切れを食べましたが、表面パリッとしていますが中は柔らかくて美味しいです。臭みもなくタレも甘さと辛さのバランスが良く美味しいですね。海苔が合います。ご飯大盛り無料とのことでお願いしたこともあり圧倒的にご飯多めなので、小さな一切れでご飯多めに口に入れます。焼き方もタレも美味しい。これだけで十分ですが、せっかくお茶漬け出汁も頼んだので、ワサビ入れて食べました。美味しいです。でもまぶし丼ランチは鰻小さいので無理してお茶漬けにしないで、そのままタレだけで食べるでもいいかなと思いました。 結局、ご飯食べ終わり、だしだけ飲んでました。最後に再度お茶をいただき終了です。
美味しいです。臭みもなく焼き方も自分が好きな、外側パリッとでも柔らかくでした。ランチとしてはお気軽な値段ではないですが、美味しいのでたまには良いですね。満足度高めです！
