今日のランチは「イルキャンティ 博多」さん。
中洲にあるホテルリソル 博多 1Fにあるお店。
サラダドレッシングが特段に美味しいとの評判を聞いての訪問です。
到着時刻は11:40。
先客なしの1番乗りとなりました。 (笑)
赤と木目を基調としたアグレッシブさを感じさせる内装。
広々とした店内です。
座席は見渡す限りテーブル席のみ。
1人での訪問ですが「お好きな席へ」との案内に4人用テーブルを利用します。
目的のドレッシングを堪能するにはサラダ。
サラダのランチメニューから、カリブサラダを注文すると、スタッフさんから「他のランチメニューにもスープとサラダバーがついますが・・。」との素敵なアドバイス。
ナイスです！ (#^^#)
それならガッツリものに変更と「国産牛もつ鉄板焼き（1,000円、込）」でお願いしました。
ご飯、スープ・サラダバーのほかアフタードリンクまで付いてます。

まずはスープ・サラダバーの攻略から。
バーカウンター脇にあるビニール手袋をはめ、トングでサラダを盛付けます。
スープはポタージュ。
使ったトングは回収され、手袋はその場にあるごみ箱に。
きちんとした感染対策がなされてますので、安心感があります。
サラダに盛付けたのは葉モノのほか豆類や海藻。
その脇にはポテトサラダ。
自慢のドレッシングを掛け席に戻ります。
サラダのドレッシングはニンニクが入ってるのかな？
ちょっとパンチの効いた感じで好きなタイプ。
サラダをいただいているとすぐにメインの登場です。
その頃には次々とお客さんが来店されます。
サラダバーが混みあう前でよかった！ (笑)
メインのホルモン鉄板、野菜はキャベツなどのほかイタリア料理店らしくズッキーニも入ってます。
ホルモンはぷりぷり。
ほかにお肉も入ってます。
お肉は水分を飛ばしたやや干し肉的な仕上がり。
ビーフジャーキーの1歩手前的な歯応えで、ぷりぷりしたホルモンとの食感の対比が面白いですね。
鉄板脇に添えられてあるのは豆板醬。
適当に混ぜ込んでいただくと、辛さがグッとUP！
ただ、辛さは増しますが味的な広がりはありませんのでその辺りはお好みで・・。
ホルモン鉄板を楽しんだあとはアイスコーヒーでほっと一息。
ホテル内のレストランとしてはリーズナブルで使い勝手のいいお店でした。
