Arashibo-san from Nakasu. The store name has changed to Torabi-san. However, the name Arashibo remains everywhere... There is no sense of unity. That's the impression. Judging by the results, it was delicious.The charcoal-grilled chicken had a chewy texture and was slightly salty. The tori nanban and tori sashi were exquisite. Especially the lever sashimi is the best! There are not many restaurants where you can eat chicken sashimi, so it is very rare. I drink alcohol, so I don't have a problem with strong seasoning, but non-alcoholic drinkers may find it a bit salty and harsh. But there are always plenty of customers. This restaurant seems to be loved by the locals of Hakata. The QR code menu is a bit bland. It's fine if you're alone, but what should you choose when you open the menu with your partner? I can't do that. It's starting to appear all over the country, but it feels a little sad.
