It is located on the Kawabata side of the Hakata River, on top of a building that is a famous Gyoza / Dumpling shop. I was invited to a website that looked pretty good!! I read a lot of reviews, but as everyone said, it was a little disappointing.For the course, I ordered Prosciutto, soup, Ozaki beef Steak, and a strangely dry sari risotto. The only thing that was delicious was baguette!! It was topped with something called fruit barter and was really delicious!!! I had high expectations for the Ozaki beef, but to be honest, it was a little disappointing lol The scenery was... I was concerned about the signboard, but I wonder if it was a good idea to be along the river??? It's a one-drink system, and if you pay by cash, you get a 3% discount on the service charge, or if you pay by card, you get a 3% increase in service charge.
