『Le Champ d'Or』～豊かな土壌を連想させる店内のゴールドを基調としたインテリアから、金色の（d’Or）畑（Champ）と名付けました。その名のように、九州の豊穣な土地で育った素材を中心にホテルオークラ伝統の味を守りながら、新たな発想で創るモダンフレンチを提供します。 |
いとこの結婚のお祝いに3人で利用。シェフのおまかせフルコースをいただきました。広い個室に十分なソーシャルディスタンスをとった配置で着席。
全てのお料理が繊細で美しい彩りです。お箸もすぐに用意していただけるし、久々の再会でおしゃべりもすすみます。でもサーブやお料理の説明は絶妙なタイミング。なにか一皿は写真撮り忘れましたが、基本的には地のもの（糸島のお野菜や福岡牛など）を使われているようです。
しっかりした個室なので、家族での利用だけでなく接待にも良さそうですね。
