引き戸を開けた瞬間から季節を感じられるお店
福岡県福岡市にある完全予約制の懐石料理店「馳走なかむら」さんに伺いました。
場所は地下鉄空港線「中洲川端駅」から徒歩10分程のところにありました。
黒色の縦格子が印象的で場所は直ぐに分かりました。
引き戸を開け、玄関まで行く間に春の装いが随所に感じられホッコリとした気持ちで店内に入りました。
こちらのお店は『ミシュランガイド福岡・佐賀・長崎 2019 特別版」で2つ星店を獲得されています。
今回いただいた料理の内容は以下の通りになります。

写真を載せましたがとても美しい盛り付けも素晴らしいですが、外観と同じで随所に季節を感じることが出来る料理が多かったです。
個人的な感想を少し…。
『若竹椀』切り方が少し変わっていてお月様のような形の椀です。出汁は鰹ベースですが角の全くない優しい味わいが印象的でした。
『八寸』見た目とても可愛らしいですが、味はしっかり大人でお酒に合う味です。
個人的には『菜の花辛子漬』や『蛸葉わさび和え』のピリッとくる辛さが好みでした。
とても素晴らしい空間で、とても居心地も良く、大将もとても気さくな感じで美味しく料理を堪能する事が出来ました。
ご馳走様でした。良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。

We revisited the "The Tabelog Award 2023 Bronze" and "Tabelog Japanese Cuisine WEST Hyakumeiten 2023" and the W-winning "Furimachi Nakamura" Mr./Ms.. The location is Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City. It is about a 10-minute walk from Nakasu Kawabata Station on the airport line. The black vertical lattice has an impact, so you can see the location immediately. I can't express the interior of the store well, but it was unified with warm colors, so it was a cozy space with a sense of luxury. There is a counter and a private room. The dishes we received this time are as follows. ○ Bamboo shoots and snow crab ○ Bowl 3-year-old karasumi mochi karasumi mochi sleet tailoring natural hirame and murasaki untan ○ Mukotsuke local yokowa tuna and flower wasabi ○ Oryogi Torafugu Shirako grilled and steamed rice with river pork broth ○ Eight-inch sardines anchovies Yuri root Fukusayaki Otafuku beans Nareit Otafuku beans Kujo green onions Natural torafugu nuta tossed, buckwheat nuts, rape flower pepper pickled soy sauce, Kintoki ginseng sweet vinegar ○ Deep-fried food Natural wakasagi from Lake Biwa, natural butterbur from Miyazaki Prefecture ○ Cold thing Steamed with lobster kelp Urui Umenagaimo ○ Beef Rolled with slices of Kagoshima black Japanese beef Ichibo Apple and honey sauce Horseradish Snap end ○ Rice Niigata Murakami salted salmon clay pot rice Spice miso soup ○ Water 5 kinds of citrus from Miyazaki Prefecture Mandarin orange jelly Strawberry sorbet ○ Sweets Strawberry Daifuku I posted a photo of matcha, but all the dishes are finely crafted, so I took a closer look at them before eating. For example, sashimi is often served in Mukotsuke, but here only the outside of the tuna is cooked. (Originally it is a vegetable, but I feel that it is a minority these days.) A few personal impressions... There were many dishes that went well with alcohol, while making the plates and dishes glossy. I liked "Yuri Root Fukusayaki", "Rape Flower Pepper Pickled in Soy Sauce", and "Kintoki Ginseng Sweet Vinegar". It is rolled with slices of Kagoshima black Wagyu beef Ichibo, so when you bite into it, the flavor of the meat comes out from the gaps. The sauce with the sour taste of apples went well with it. Then there are two desserts. It was also nice to freshen it up with jelly and sweeten it with strawberry Daifuku. I enjoyed the food with a very calm feeling. It was a treat.
