福岡市の中洲川端駅の「フィーカコーヒー」さんを訪問。
ホテルオークラの目の前にあります。
今回は朝食利用で訪問。
赤色の屋根を潜り、入店すると、スペース広めの店内が広がります。
メニュー表を見ると、2017年から開業したこと、「フィーカコーヒー」という名称の由来は、スウェーデン語で、コーヒーを飲む習慣という意味だそうです。
BGMには落ち着いた洋楽が流れていて、落ち着いた空間が広がります。
ホッと一息つける場所を提供したいとの想いが伝わる店内ですね。
店員さんの対応も、お店のコンセプトに沿っていて好印象です。
メニュー表を見て、バリューを考えて、以下をオーダー。
□ 明太子マヨネーズホットサンドのサラダセット(830円)
明太子マヨネーズホットサンドは、適度な塩気のめんたいマヨネーズが入っていて、なかなか美味しい。
食べやすいサンドイッチなので、朝ごはんにはぴったりです。
付け合わせのサラダは、生ハムが乗っていて、食べ応えがあります。朝食にサラダが付くのは嬉しいですね。
水出しアイスコーヒーは、結構、しっかりコーヒー感があってなかなか美味しいです。
食べ終わって、満足しました。
落ち着いた空間で、都会の狭間で、少しぼーっとするには良いお店だと思います。
