I've refrained from business trips due to the effects of COVID-19, but I've come to Kawabata Nakasu for the first time in two years. A colleague of mine chose Kyoniku. He's from Kyushu, but apparently loves the flavor of the broth in our Kasu Udon. I chose the menu that came with a set of grilled horumon. It all cost 880 yen. The restaurant kindly provided us with kimchi and salad. I'm very grateful. The grilled horumon is a kotetchan-style horumon that's simmered until you can bite into it. I was full. Thank you for the meal.
