この日は福岡で家族とランチ。なかなか予約の取れない人気店が予約できたとのことだったので期待しながら訪問。
初めて行く方はお店のある場所にびっくりするかもしれない。博多埠頭にあるベイサイドプレイスという商業施設の2階、まさかこんなところにフレンチがあるわけないでしょみたいなところにある。
お店に入るとそこはもう別空間。広々とした店内は日当たりもよく、明るい雰囲気。港にあるということもあり海辺の景色も楽しめるおしゃれな空間。
この日はランチコースを注文。
まずアミューズから心躍る。いくらのスティックや
車海老のジュレ、牛テールと菊芋の組み合わせ、パウンドケーキとフォアグラの組み合わせとどれも独創的だがかなり美味しい。見た目も華やか。
2品目の河豚とヤリイカも野菜も野菜のソースがとても美味しく相性がいい。
3品目の真鯛は炭火焼き。これまた上に乗った赤ピーマンやトマトの野菜の甘さと炭火の香りがマッチし抜群。
4品目の鮑はとにかくソースが美味しい。これだけを延々とパンにつけて食べたい。
5品目の柿豚はお肉はもちろんのこと付け合わせの野菜が最高に美味しい。お店によると野菜一種類ずつ適切な温度で調理してから盛り付けているそう。なかなかに手の込んだ一品。
デザートのあまおうとアイスは味はもちろんのこと、演出もなかなかオシャレ。
全体的に素材のおいしさを活かした素晴らしいフレンチでした。福岡に行った際にはぜひ予約してみてはどうでしょう。
