I went to Nadaman Sogu, a long-established Japanese Cuisine restaurant in Fukuoka. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal kaiseki cuisine in a completely private room. This day's course included matsutake mushrooms in appetizers, soups, Simmered dish dishes, and rice dishes, giving us a sense of the season and an anticipation of autumn. Each dish is very beautiful and delicious. In addition to the matsutake-scented dishes, the fresh sashimi and grilled red sea bream were also truly delicious, making for an impressive meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the customer service, the food, and even the drinks are as expected from Mr. Nadaman! A splendor that can only be expressed. The course prices are commensurate with the food and service, so I won't be using them often, but I would definitely use them again for important events. Nada Mansogu is on the 9th and 10th floors of the G-CUBE building in Nakasu. This time we ate at the Kaiseki area on the 9th floor, but when we peeked into the 10th floor, it was a wonderful bar with a night view of Nakasu. For now, I would like to try using the BAR next time.
