福岡の中洲川端で夕食を食べることになり、ふらりと入りました。店内に入ると券売機で、ロースカツ定食590円を買ってテーブルに着きました。料理が出来ると番号で呼び出されて取りに行くシステムです。お水もセルフサービスなので、ぱっと見は厨房に見える2人だけのオペレーションみたいです。ウーバーの配達員も何度も出入りしています。そんなことを見ていたら１０分くらいでよばれました。ロースカツはすごく柔らかくて、野菜としてキャベツも食べられて、ご飯もおかわり自由なので、安い外食は麺類になりがちな時に利用したいです。
