A bar run by Fukuoka's famous Italian Cuisine restaurant "Nakagawa" has opened in the center of Nakasu. This is "Classico". The inside of the restaurant is small and has a bar-style atmosphere for adults, with 6 counter seats and 2 tables for 4 people. Although it has a bar atmosphere, as Nakagawa-san is in charge, there is a variety of Italian Cuisine à la carte menu items. You can use it as your first main home, and we recommend using it as your second home. The appetizer is broad bouillon with truffles. The flavorful bouillon has a faint truffle flavor and aroma. It had a warm and gentle taste, and was perfect for the second meal and beyond. Caprese is a dish with strong citrus and orange peel flavors. The cheese was melty and rich, and the taste went well with the wine. For pasta this time, I ordered carbonara. It was a classic Roman style carbonara, and the sauce was very rich and delicious. The sauce mixed well with the pasta, and it had just the right amount of chewiness, making it a satisfying dish. It's Italian Cuisine restaurant and bar that is very typical of Nakasu, with a mature and upscale atmosphere.
