【中洲川端駅より徒歩３分】とり皮と中華そばの店
那珂川の側に佇む【かわ】と【そば】のラーメン屋居酒屋です。 ラーメン文化の根強い博多でずっと愛され、中洲に寄り添う温かいお店を目指してます。 つい何度でも食べたくなる博多のソウルフード「とり皮」と、素材にこだわった醤油ベースの「中華そば」をはじめ、美味しい季節の日本酒や、ちょっとしたおつまみもご用意しております。 |
中洲を歩いていると、とある店を発見。
「かわのそば」。
どうやら店名の意味は「川の側にある」というのと「鳥皮と中華そば」がウリであることからきているらしい。
さて、早速注文するが、ここはやはり名物をいただきたいところ。
ということで「ぐる皮（170円）」を注文。
味はタレ、塩、味噌があり、4日間仕込んでいるんだそう。
今回はタレを注文。
味は美味しい。長時間仕込んでいるため、しっかりと味がついている。
が・・・値段と大きさなどを考慮しても他店と比べて少し割高に感じてしまう。
まぁ手間がかかってる分仕方がないか。
その他にも酢もつ（390円）なども注文したが、中華そばはお腹の具合的にも断念。
次回の楽しみにしておこう。
全体的にはそこまで強く印象に残ったわけではないが、ちょっと飲みたい時や締めなどにも良さそう。
また機会があったら中華そばを食べに行ってみたいところだ。
