4月12日は福岡出張で中洲ランチ。地元メンバーのお薦めで人気のとんかつ 光に初訪問。12時前に到着、外観から名店の雰囲気が漂います。ひと席空いてたため入店、その後、行列が出来ました。
綺麗な店内のテーブル席に着席。
上ロースカツ定食 1,400円をオーダー。
見事に盛られた上ロースカツ定食が到着。
お店でお薦めの通り、最初は岩塩をまぶして味わうと豚肉の脂身の甘みと旨味、柔らかさが口の中で広がります！
続けてワサビも加えて頂くと更に肉の旨味、甘みが際立ちます。普段はロースカツにソース、マスタード派の私が、岩塩とワサビのみで上ロースカツ全てを頂き大満足!!
鹿児島の三元豚を中心に拘り選ばれた素材、丁寧にトンカツに仕上げられている心の込もった技、美味しいトンカツを岩塩とワサビで美味しく頂きました！！
