福岡県内に数店舗あるとんかつ専門店です。
近くに来たので入ってみました。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があります。座席数は多くはないですね。
お客様はお一人様から複数人様まで来ていました。お客様の層はバラバラ、いろんな方が来ていましたね。
注文したのは
『特リブロースかつ定食』
厚切りと悩んだんですけど、せっかくならと言う事でリブを選んでみました。提供までには少々時間がかかります。ご飯のお代わりは自由だそうです。
使用しているのは、糸島産の三元豚を中心にブランド豚にこだわって仕入れているそうですよ。
お味の方は、
お肉柔らかーい！簡単に噛み切れます。
お塩で頂くとより分かるんですけど、脂身の甘さをしっかり感じる事が出来ます。
（お店が最初はお塩で頂くのを推奨しているのも納得）
さらに、お塩と添えられているワサビを合わせて頂くと、おもいっきり和テイストになります。お塩は2種類あるので、引き立つ旨味も変化が楽しめますよ。
もちろんソースもあるので、カラシを添えて頂いても美味しいです。
