`` Pork Cutlet Hikari'' in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City. The top loin cutlet set meal (150g) is 1,540 yen, and the top fillet cutlet set meal (110g) is 1,650 yen. Each item is also available in special sizes, and the menu also includes Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) and katsu curry. I ordered the loin cutlet lunch set meal (1078 yen), which is only available on weekday lunches. It's a pretty big Pork Cutlet ♪ I think it's about 130-150g. Personally, I think the best way to fry it is just short of well-done, but it's exactly the way it is when there's a little bit of pink left in it♪ It's got plenty of flavor, it's soft, and I can't complain about the amount. There are Nameko and Ulva. There's plenty of shredded cabbage, too, so there's nothing to complain about. There's Pork Cutlet sauce, two types of salt, sweet soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, two types of dressing, and seasonings on the table, and Japanese mustard and wasabi on the plate, which everyone will enjoy.
