I have a little time until my flight, so I stopped by this restaurant for a quick drink! I've heard that the beer at this shop is really delicious, so I'm looking forward to it♪ Let's toast with beer first! "It's certainly completely different from the beers at other shops!" I read that the pouring method was different, but I was impressed by how much the difference could be made just by the pouring method! I went there at the same time it opened, and the seats were already filling up, as expected from a popular restaurant. I wanted to order live squid sashimi, but I was told that the reserved portion was already sold out...too bad! I regained my composure and ordered the recommended Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and horse sashimi. And my favorite dish, mentaiko, is also grilled! I dared to choose sea bream as sashimi! In conclusion, all the dishes are extremely delicious, and you can eat delicious food from all over Kyushu here! So I highly recommend it, especially for those who have been able to visit Kyushu! Next time I come, I definitely want to try live squid! Thank you for the meal♪
