仕事先の方に連れて行ってもらったお店。
タイトルのようなお店はいかにも観光客向けだと思っていましたが、予想は覆されました。もちろんいい意味で。
突き出しのオキュウトからゴマサバにイカ刺し、キビナゴ、鶏の炭火焼き、モツ鍋に水炊きと、これでもかと九州の美味しいものが並びました。
どれも水準高い!
ゴマサバは子どもの頃食べてたのと違って、お刺し身風の食べ方でしたが、それでも充分すぎるくらい新鮮で美味しかったし、水炊きはさすがのお店の味。
子どもの頃の水炊きは、忙しい時の便利鍋的な存在だったからなぁ。
イカ刺しで残ったゲソやエンペラは天ぷらにしてくれるというありがたさ。
鍋の〆の麺まで、幸せ&お腹いっぱいになりました。
