出張で、博多前日入り。この店は１０年ぶりくらいか
夕食の予約入れたかったけど、食べログからは２名以上、そしてコースのみなので、予約なしで一人で１８：３０に訪問。運よく入店できた。コースはちょっと多すぎるので、水だき小鉢定食を注文。時間かからずにお持ちいただいた。
まずはスープ。 以前の記憶より、かなり濃厚。ちょっと鶏くささも感じた
がめ煮、胡麻豆腐は箸休めにちょうど良い。
メインの水炊きは、うん、新三浦の味。懐かしい、旨い。鶏は肉離れよく、煮汁も良い味が出ていて、そのままいただいても、ご飯にかけてもいい感じ。
ご飯１杯は無料とのことだったが、親子丼追加オーダー。卵の加減は良かったが、ちょっと味濃すぎたかな。 これで腹パンパン・・食べすぎた。
