福岡旅行の際に訪問、人気だという梅コースをいただきました。
建物の地下にある、落ち着いた雰囲気の店内です。
土曜日だったからか他のお客さんも観光客が多いかな？という印象でした。
ドリンクメニューにワインがあったのでハーフボトルを注文。鍋には日本酒が一番合うかな？と思っていましたが意外にもワインめちゃくちゃ合う。お酒がグイグイ進みます。
まずはお鍋のスープのみを器に注いで出していただき、スープの味を堪能。鶏の旨味が出ていてこちらもグイグイ飲めそうな程おいしかったです。
肝心の水炊きも鶏肉はプリプリホロホロ、スープの旨味がしっかりとお野菜にも染みててあっという間に完食しました。
締めはスープかけご飯か雑炊から選べますが、店員さんのおすすめはスープかけご飯とのことだったのでそちらをチョイス。雑炊とはまた異なる味わいで最後まで楽しむことができました。
店員さんも終始良くしてくださり、最高の夕食でした。
