牛タンを堪能した後は〆ラーメン！
ということで、食べログを検索。
おお、「博多だるま」さんがあるじゃないか。
遅めの時間帯でしたが、10人くらいの行列ができていました。外国人の方が相当いらっしゃいます。インバウンドでもっと景気が良くなれ！と思いました。20分くらいで店内へ。
お店はプレハブ風。店内は広く、カウンターとテーブルがあります。食券制でした。ラーメンを選択。カウンターに通されました。
店員さんもほとんどが外国人のようで、店員さん同士の意思疎通が難しそうでした。麺上げをしている店長さんらしき人を中心になんとかオペレーションを回しています。少し殺伐としている雰囲気は残念ですね。
スープは豚骨の香りがしっかりとして、かなり塩気が強いです。表面は少し泡立っていますね。なかなかのド豚骨。関東ではなかなか味わえない個性的なラーメンです。
麺は博多ラーメンらしく、極細麺。カタをオーダーしましたが、これがカタ？。硬さはあまりコントロールできていない感じでした。まあ、お客さんいっぱいなので仕方ないか…。麺量は少なめなので、お腹が空いている人は替え玉が必要です。
今度はもう少し空いている時間帯に来たいですね。ご馳走様でした〜！
