今回は会社のランチ時間に渡辺通1丁目の｢博多だるま 総本店｣さんへ(´∀｀)
またも前日飲み過ぎたので身体が豚骨ラーメンを激しく欲してたんよね(^_^;)
最近は近くの｢有吉商店｣さんの豚骨ラーメンがお気に入りなので、考えてみたらかなり久々やね(・∀・)
どちらも通し営業されてるので、当面遅いランチ時間ばかり組まれている私にとっては有難いです( 〃▽〃)
さすがに平日の15時過ぎだったのでスンナリ入店でき、｢月見ラーメン(900円)｣を券売機でポチっと。
ラーメンは寸胴で炊かれたスープの表層に浮かんだ脂泡を掬ってデコるタイプ(*^^*)このアワアワっぷりが良いですなー(*´ω｀*)
じっくり炊かれて旨味が凝縮したスープは割とサラサラやけど破壊力のある美味しさ( ☆∀☆)このタイプはニンニクを丼のフチにへずって加えるとタマランのよね(*^.^*)
もちろん替玉(150円)するさね(笑)卓上のゴマを満遍なく振りかけて変化を与えます♪
ここで程好く温まった黄身を潰し、麺に絡めて食べるのが私のstyle。最後はスープの大半まで飲んでfinishしました( ´∀`)
博多駅や空港にも支店があるけど、このタイプは総本店だけなんよね(*^.^*)背脂の浮いた濃厚豚骨も好きなので、次は支店に行ってみますかな。
