しっかり辛くてコクもある。美味しいスリランカカレー。
福岡は天神の街をうろうろ。
ランチはなににしようかなと思いながら見つけたお店。
ビルの５階で分かりにくいけどスリランカカレーの文字が気になる。
店内は狭いけどお客さんはいっぱい。
オーソドックスなスリランカカレーとビールを注文。
ぱらっとしたライスにごろっとしたチキン。
そして少しオイリーなカレーのルー。
しゃぱしゃぱしたルーは標準でも思いのほか辛い。
最初はココナッツミルクの甘さが少しあるけど後からくる辛さが追い越す。
辛いだけでなく旨みはしっかりある美味しいスリランカカレー。
チキンはほろほろ柔らかくどっしりとした存在感があるね。
うっすら汗が出るほどの辛さと美味しさを堪能出来て満足。

福岡で人気のスリランカカレーのお店。
3年以上ぶりの訪問。
開店間近の訪問だったのでお客さんは少なくすんなり着席。
注文したのは、私はドライカリーの1辛。連れはスリランカカリーの4辛。
しゃぱしゃぱしたルーはしっかりとしたコクもあって美味しい。
そしてなにより辛い。1辛でも寒くなったこの時期なのに汗が止まらない。
連れの4辛は一口もらって食べたが私では食べられないほど激辛。
味自体は満足だけど接客は微妙。
常連客には優しくそれ以外のお客さんには素っ気無い感じ。
折角美味しいスリランカカレーなのに残念だね。。
