カレーが大好きなんです。
自分でスパイスから作るくらい。
辛味を定期的に補給しないとストレスがたまるので今日はスパイスの充電作業です。
選んだお店はこちらツナパハさんです。
こちらのお店は今日で3回目の訪問です。
スリランカカレーは普段あまり食べないものの熊本にあるスリランカ熊本さんでスリランカカレーを食べた時から好きになりまして(*´ω｀*)
こちらのスリランカカレーもすごく味のバランスがとても良いんですよ。
よく言えば日本人向けに食べやすくしてある、悪く言えば日本向けにデフォルメしてある。
スパイシー度は低めです。
特徴や香りが強いスパイスも極少量なので皆が安心して食べられます。
それでも全体的なバランスの取り方、クリーミー感と一流なんです。
とっても美味しく頂きました(*^^*)
因みに辛さは1番辛くしてくださいってお願いしたけど全く辛くありませんでしたˊㅿˋ
辛党には物足りないけどバランス勝負ということで(´･-･` )

大好きなお店のひとつ。
福岡で仕事の時はこちらのお店でスパイス充電に利用させて頂いております。
近くのスリランカフクオカさんよりお肉が1個多いのが嬉しいですよね笑
今日のじゃがいもはいつものほくほくではなく少し茹で足りないシャリっと系が少し残念でしたがスパイスの充電はきちんと出来ました(*^^*)
辛さはいつも限界まで辛くしてくださいとお願いするのですが……いつも辛さは全く足りないんですよね(><)
刻みピッキーヌこちらのカレーにとっても合うと思うのですが私だけでしょうか？
是非追加料金３００円まで出すから辛いバージョンもラインナップして欲しいです(>_<)
