今度九州の博多行くんで、どこかカレー屋行こうと思ってるんですよ。とカレー師匠に言うと、博多には九州ランカなる独自に発展したスリランカカレーがあると聞き早速数店ピックアップし行ったお店がツナパハさんです。
オシャレな店内で席に案内されまずはメニューをじっくり見ます。
気になるメニューは沢山あるのですが、もう次に来れるかわからないので、基本のスリランカカレー辛めのランチセット(サラダ・デザート・ドリンク付)を注文します。
待ってる間ツナパハの意味調べてみると、スリランカカリーに使う混合スパイスのこと。インドのガラムマサラ的なものかな？そうこう考えているとカレー到着です。
カレーはスープカレーばりにサラサラしています。
具材はシンプルに鶏肉・ジャガイモ・コーンです。
まずはカレーを食べてます。スパイス結構な辛さを感じますが非常に美味いです。こちらのカレーはスタンダード自体結構な辛さのようです。次にライスと食べてみます。本当にスープカレーのようですがもちろん美味い。鶏肉やジャガイモとも相性良くあっというまに完食です。
デザートも美味しかったのですが、アイスティーが凄く美味しかったです。スリランカの紅茶なのか苦味強めでハマりそうな味でした。
また博多行く機会があれば必ず行きたいお店になりました。
