5月末まで限定で、中華そばが食べれるとの前情報…
通常営業の際は、少し高級な蕎麦のお店のようです！
店内はカウンターとテーブルがあり、中規模な広さ！
音楽も流れず、非常に静かな空間が広がっています…
メニューは柚子香る鶏中華そばとコレの2種類のみ！
今回は気分的にこっちの方を注文してみることに…
◾️こってり豚中華そば(1,000円)
待つこと10分ほどで、テーブルへラーメンが到着！
おぉ…蕎麦店とは思えない本格的なラーメンだな…
まずはスープから…醤油と鶏ガラベースのスープ！
背脂が入っているので「こってり」表記でしょうが
ベースがあっさりなので、こってり感は無いです！
麺は極細縮れ系！細麺なので食感は結構柔らかめ！
スープは良く絡むけど、もう少し食感が欲しいな…
(博多ラーメン好きなので、単純に個人的な好み…)
チャーシューはロースのバラ肉の2種類が入ってて
バラは結構厚みがあり、炙った風味も良し…旨い！
他は、海老入りワンタン、穂先メンマ、水菜、ネギ
粒の生コショウが入り、こだわりを感じる布陣…！
普通に限定なのがもったいないラーメンでした！笑
折角なので次はメインの蕎麦を食べてみようかな…
