こちらのお店は、ひと月前くらいからランチ営業を開始（再開？）しています。
本日はもう少し遠くのお店に行く予定でしたが、空腹になりすぎて我慢できずにコチラに入店。
5月中は観光客なども来ていたようで、一瞬行列店になっていることもありましたが、幸い本日は空いていました。
メニューを見ると、餃子の定食は10個と20個の2種類。あとは意外にも餃子ではないチキン南蛮や唐揚げなどのメニュー。
本当は、そう言った餃子以外のメニューに、餃子を5個とか付けてくれれば気が利いてるなって思うのですが、餃子を食べるためには前述の10個or20個の2択。
20個だと1,250円にまで単価が跳ね上がるので10個の餃子定食850円をオーダー。（一部まぜそばのメニューには餃子をセットにできる物もありましたが、餃子10個プラスで400円近く単価アップするので、お話になりません。価格設定が上手くないなぁ）
→結局1番単価の安い10個セットが1番出るんでしょうね。
出て来た餃子はやっぱり小さいなぁ。と言う印象。中洲の宝雲亭にルーツを持つひと口餃子ですが、ここまで「ひと口」サイズにこだわる必要あるんかな？満足感がないのよ。ご飯お代わりできるシステムですが、餃子が足りないので、付け合わせのザーサイとマカロニサラダで一杯目のご飯を平らげ、２杯目から餃子に行き、4口くらいで完食しました（笑）
ひと口餃子は、満州から引き上げた宝雲亭の初代が、満州で食べていた水餃子のサイズで焼き餃子を作ったのが始まりと言うのは良く聞く話。
もうそれに拘らず、普通のサイズもしくはもっと振り切ってジャンボサイズ企画なんかをやってみたらどうでしょう？
