福岡市中央区春吉の四川料理、「長楽」さん。
こちらも老舗ですよね。
この日は、職場の同僚と飲みごと。
「山乃口」さんをでた後、同僚がどうしても、長楽の麻婆豆腐を食べたいとのこと。
2人で入店です。
注文したのは、以下の2品。
■ 陳麻婆豆腐（小）
■ 紅油餃子
青島ビールを飲みながら、待っていますと、
やってきました、陳麻婆豆腐と紅油餃子。
早速、食べてみますと・・・。
《 陳麻婆豆腐 》
思ったほど辛くないですね。
別皿で花椒がついてきますので、それで調整です。
挽肉少な目で、豆板醤の風味が強いです。
美味しいです。
美味しいですけど、私は、挽肉多め、甜麺醤、豆鼓、花椒が多めの、若干、黒っぽい麻婆豆腐が好みですので、
こちらの麻婆豆腐は、私の好みからは少しずれていました。
《 紅油餃子 》
辣油のようなタレが、かかっています。
水餃子で、つるんとした食感。
餡（お肉）も、しっかり入っていて、美味しいです。
同僚は、麻婆豆腐を食べて、満足したようです。
さー、帰りましょう。（笑）
美味しい四川料理、「長楽」さん、また来ます。

お店の女性の方、ちょっとぶっきらぼうな接客でした。
たまたま不機嫌な事でもあったのでしょうか？？
