地元福岡の方と仲良くなり連れてこられたお店だ。
不思議な雰囲気というかディープスポットといった感じのお店で、なんかヤバいところに来てしまったのでは？と不安になった。
そしてその空気に任せるがままに木挽きブルーをまず頼んだ。
福岡の中華ではこう当たり前に焼酎をやるのかと
そんな土地にしかない情報が得られるのが、こういうディープ体験のいいところである
まさか観光しててなかなかこういうところには来ないだろうからね
もう相当にご飯を食べていたので、
ここはやっこだけをいただく
四川料理という触れ込みに合わせて、辛いやつを迎え撃つ
そしてその結果通りのかなり辛いやつがやってきた。
ガーリックチップと唐辛子の連続打撃が旨味と辛味を高スピードで運んでくる。
これが唸るほどのうまさなのだが、何しろ辛い。
必死の抑えとアルコール依存症も合わさり
木挽きブルーをジャンジャン運んでしまった。
メニューをふとみると相当量の四川料理があるみたい
なのでここで腰を据えてやるのであれば、
激辛料理のオンパレードで焼酎をまた飲むことになるだろう。
今回は豆腐だけだが、それだけでもこのお店の美味しさや楽しさははかれた。
福岡、中華まで面白いという方程式ができあがったか！？
