For lunch on my first trip to Fukuoka in a while, I went to Yari Udon in Fukuoka Tenjin Station. I dipped two Kashiwa Onigiri into the soft Maruten udon noodles, and the udon and Kashiwa Onigiri went perfectly together. In the end, I drank almost all of the broth. This time, there was yuzu ginger on the table, so I added it towards the end. It was also a fun change of flavor, which was great. It was my first time trying liquid yuzu ginger.
