but こんなに長い"ごぼ天"は初めて…32cmもあるそう
そして、長いがゆえに出来るこのスタイル 斬新 です(笑)
透明なスープをそのままいただけるの嬉しい
まず一口スープをいただきます
昆布とカツオ、魚介のお出汁がよくでている
とても優しいスープ✨
そうそう この味 この味と懐かしさも込み上げてきます
次は、おうどんも一緒にいただいて
そうそう この食感…柔らかいけどもっちもちと感激
