うに鍋に惹かれて予約しましたが、
大賞おすすめコースのどのお料理も美味しくて
一瞬一品素敵な経験が出来ました。
きびなごの唐揚げは素材を生かした臼衣で上品。
握りは言うまでもなく、小ぶりで密な旨み。
ガリも薄味でお口直しによいマリアージュでしたね。
突き出しの甘卵にも綻びましたし、
写真失念しましたがしっかりお刺身も堪能。
焼き海苔のセルフ包みもは香りまで楽しく流石。
茶碗蒸しは薄味、さんさち
コース仕立てでしたのでうに鍋の〆は行わず
スープとして堪能。心地よく鮮やかで豪華。
こんな楽しみ方もあるんだなと初世界。
日本酒の揃いがよくて、いつもワインで纏めますが
今回は福岡地酒を堪能しました。
