博多ひとり旅でランチに立ち寄った「もつ鍋笑楽」。
スタイリッシュな暖簾を見つけて、つい吸い込まれるように入ってしまいました。
ランチタイムは15時までということで、遅めランチにも重宝するので嬉しいです。
店内は2階建てになっていて、60席と広々。1階はカウンターになっていて、私ひとりでもゆっくりくつろげました。
まずはチューハイで乾杯！
この日はもつ鍋に豪華な前菜がセットになったものをオーダーしました。これでお値段2500円というコスパ。
馬刺しや明太子、酢もつなどお酒のアテにもぴったりのお皿ばかりでテンション上がる…！
美しい赤身の馬刺し。
上品な辛さが美味しい明太子。
ぷりっとジューシーな酢もつ。
お酒は庭のうぐいすをいただきます。
そしてメインのもつ鍋です！ニラやキャベツなどの野菜たっぷり。
じっくりと火を通して甘さを引き出していきますよ。
野菜がしんなりしてきたら食べごろ。ぷるんとジューシーなもつと、旨味がとけだしたスープがたまらない…。濃厚な味わいがクセになるんだよなあ。
お酒は田中六十五を。
もちろん〆はちゃんぽん麺です。
もつ鍋とちゃんぽん麺をつまみにどんどんお酒が進む。
ちゃんぽんは味変でたっぷり胡麻を入れても風味があって美味しいんです。
居心地のいい空間で、博多のうまいもんを堪能。お酒もたっぷりいただいて大満足です。
